Cialis can build up in the body
Someone using one Cialis tablet every two days will find Cialis levels go on rising to reach a steady state after about a week. On day 2, when taking a second tablet around 20% of the original tablet is still in the blood stream. On day 4, 22% of a single dose will still remain. On day 6 around 24% and so on. So someone who finds a single dose still has an effect after 36 hours could in theory find that a tablet every other day enables them to have sex whenever they wish without fear of failure – assuming reasonable intervals before doing so.
Of course, other factors are important such as the possibility of more continuous or more serious side effects – after a single dose 14% experience headaches and 9% heartburn. Taking Cialis pills in such a way should not be considered by anywone under any circumstances without close medical supervision and advice.
In France, it has been dubbed ‘Le Weekend’ pill. Unlike Viagra drug, Cialis drug does not interact with with food or alcohol – canadian Viagra is best taken on an empty stomach. GlaxoSmithKline/Bayer’s Levitra is expected to launch in 2003. Pfizer is trying to block US launches of generic Cialis and generic Levitra, but similar legal action in Europe failed on the grounds that the information to be patented was already in the public domain.
Cialis can last for two days
Generic Cialis starts working faster than generic Viagra, sometimes in 16 minutes, and lasts 24 hours or more. In contrast, Canadian Viagra usually works for only four hours after an hour’s delay.
As with Viagra, 80% of men with erectile function are able to achieve an erection with Cialis drug use and three out of four are able to achieve sexual intercourse. But in one Cialis study, 59% of previously impotent men were still able to have sex 36 hours after taking it.
The reason is that the body takes four times as long to get rid of Cialis (tadalafil) than to eliminate Viagra. The half-life of Viagra (time for blood levels to fall 50%) is 4 hours compared to 17 hours for canadian Cialis. That means 25% of a Cialis dose is still present in the body after 35 hours, and 12.5% after more than 50 hours. It also means that Cialis (tadalafil) will accumulate in the body if taken regularly.

Recommended dosage for Cialis
Doses range from 5 milligrams to 20 milligrams, depending on the drug’s effect. The recommended starting dose is 10 milligrams.
Take Generic Cialis only before sexual activity. The manufacturer recommends a maximum of one dose per day. If you’re taking certain drugs that affect the liver, such as ritonavir or ketoconazole 200mg, the maximum recommended dose is 10 milligrams no more than once every 3 days.
If you have moderate kidney impairment, the recommended starting dose is 5 milligrams once a day, up to a maximum of 10 milligrams once every 2 days. If you have severe kidney impairment or need dialysis, the maximum recommended dose is 5 milligrams once a day. No dosage adjustment is required if you have mild kidney problems.
If you have mild or moderate liver impairment, your total daily dose should not exceed 10 milligrams once a day. If your liver is severely impaired, you will not be able to use cheap Cialis.
Which one works better, Viagra, Levitra, or Cialis?
Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis are all three excellent medications that have dramatically improved millions of men’s life. Although all three drugs essentially function in the same way, they are chemically different and can affect each person differently.
The differences between generic Viagra, generic Levitra, and generic Cialis have to do with:
– how fast does the medication start working?
– how long does it stay active in your body?
– what if any side effects do you experience and to what degree?
Canadian Viagra has been around the longest, and therefore has a better safety and efficacy profile, maintained by the numerous studies as well as real-world experience.
Levitra and Cialis are both more targeted drugs than generic Viagra, therefore, it takes a smaller dose of Levitra or Cialis to achieve the same effect as Viagra:
Levitra drugs and Cialis drugs are very selective in attacking PDE-5 without affecting other isoenzymes (more targeted), therefore the smaller 10mg average dose of Levitra or Cialis has the same results as the larger 50mg average Viagra dose, even though the three drugs essentially function the same way.
Cheap Viagra is very fast-acting as it takes effect in about only 30 minutes for most men, and the effects last for 4 hours or more.
Canadian Levitra is also fast-acting as it generally takes effect in about 30 to 60 minutes for most men, and it stays active in your body for up to 4 hours.
Canadian Cialis on the other hand is slow-acting, reaching maximum concentration in about 2 hours for most men, and long-lasting, staying active in the body for up to 36 hours.
Most importantly, the answer to this question depends on how well your body responds to each brand. You might be satisfied with any of the three brands and not notice a difference. On the other hand, one brand might produce better erection results for you, but at the same time might bother you with a side effect. Similarly, the erection you got from taking one brand was not that good or didn’t last as long compared to the other brand, but at least it was free of side effects.
The best is therefore to experiment with each brand and find out which one your body responds best to. It is however not safe to take two different brands together at the same time. Try all three, but on different occasions.
Also, it is a good idea to get a full physical examination before trying any of these medications, to first find out the cause of your ED, and make sure you are healthy enough for sexual activity. Your ED may be caused by another medication you are currently taking, or it may be resolved by your doctor without having to resort to medication.
Another difference between Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis, might be cost, although the price differences are usually small. The most cost effective way to buy these medications is to buy the maximum dose available (100 mg for Viagra, 20mg for Levitra, 20mg for Cialis), and use a pill-cutter to split the pills in half.
What other precautions should I take when using Cialis?
Before using Cialis (Tadalafil), tell your doctor your medical history, including any allergies (especially drug allergies), any penis conditions such as fibrosis/scarring (e.g., Peyronie’s disease), history of painful/prolonged erection (priapism), sickle cell anemia, blood system cancers (such as leukemia or myeloma), eye problems (retinal diseases), kidney or liver disease, bleeding disorders or active stomach ulcers, heart diseases, stroke or severe high or low blood pressure.
Cialis should not be taken simultaneously with other ED treatments.
Limit alcohol intake, as it may aggravate side effects of Cialis. Since this drug may cause dizziness, caution is advised when performing tasks requiring alertness (e.g., driving). To avoid dizziness and lightheadedness when rising from a seated or lying position, get up slowly.
Also, eventhough what you eat has very little effect on Cialis, it is still advised to avoid eating grapefruits or drinking grapefruit juice while taking generic Cialis. Cialis drug is metabolized predominently by the hepatic enzyme known as CYP3A4. Grapefruit juice is an inhibitor of this CYP3A4 enzyme, and can therefore interfere with the normal breakdown process of the medication, leading first, to delays in absorption of Cialis, and second, to the prolonged, unnecessary, and potentially harmful presence of the drug in your body.
Cialis is not to be used in women or children. Older men may be more sensitive to the side effects of this drug, therefore caution is advised.
It’s important to tell your doctor about any medicines you take, both prescription and nonprescription. A medicine you are taking for another health problem might be causing your ED. Talk with your doctor about the medicines you are taking. And never stop taking any medicine before talking to your doctor.
Do not share Cialis with others, since they may have a problem that is not effectively treated by this drug. Worse yet, sharing with someone who should not take Cialis may put their health and life at risk. They may be taking other drugs and this could create adverse drug interactions.
Canadian Cialis does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases (e.g., HIV, Hepatitis B, gonorrhea). Remember to protect yourself and your partner from sexually transmitted diseases.
What are the possible drug interactions of Cialis?
Inform your healthcare provider, during either a physical or online consultation, about all prescription and non-prescription medications you use, especially any nitrate medications (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate), nitroprusside (any “nitric oxide donor” medicines), cimetidine, erythromycin, azole antifungals (e.g., itraconazole, ketoconazole pills), mibefradil, rifamycins (e.g., rifampin), high blood pressure medicines, alpha-blockers, or HIV protease inhibitors. Do not start or stop any medicine without your healthcare provider’s approval.
If you are taking certain alpha-blockers for the treatment of heart disease, such as Hytrin (terazosin) or Flomox (tamsulosin), or if you are taking certain protease inhibitors for the treatment of HIV, such as saquinavir, ritonavir, or amprenavir, it is recommended not to exceed a maximum single dose of 2.5 mg of Cialis in a 72-hour period, because the combination of Canadian Cialis with such drugs may lower blood pressure to an unsafe or life-threatening level. Be sure to consult your healthcare provider about this.
If you are taking azole antifungals (such as ketoconazole or itraconazole), it is recommended not to exceed a maximum single dose of 5 mg of Cialis in a 24-hour period.
Cialis is not recommended for people taking commonly prescribed short and long-acting nitrates because the combination may lower blood pressure.
Commonly prescribed short and long-acting nitrates available in the US are: Nitroglycerin, Deponit, Minitran, Nitrek, Nitro-Bid, Nitrocine, Nitro-Derm, Nitro Disc, Nitro-Dur, Nitrogard, Nitroglycerin, Nitroglycerin T/R, Nitroglyn, Nitrol Ointment, Nitrolan, Nitrolingual Spray, Nitrong, Nitropar, Nitropress, Nitroprex, Nitro S.A., Nitrospan, Nitrostat, Nitro-Trans System, Nitro Transdermal, Nitro-Time, Transderm-Nitro, Tridil, Isosorbide Mononitrate, Imdur, ISMO, Isosorbide Mononitrate, Monoket, Isosorbide Nitrate, Dilatrate-SR, Iso-bid, Isordil, Isordil Tembids, Isosorbide Dinitrate, Isosorbide Dinitrate LA, Sorbitrate, Sorbitrate SA, Pentaerythritol Tetranitrate, Peritrate, Peritrate SA, Erythrityl Tetranitrate, Cardilate, Isosorbide Dinitrate/Phenobarbital, Isordil w/PB.
Illegal drugs containing organic nitrates are: amyl nitrate or nitrite (also known by various other names, including “poppers”), butyl nitrate.
